In the online catalogue of the Bodleian Library (Oxford, Bodleian Library MS. Marsh 607: https://digital.bodleian.ox.ac.uk/objects/814c4211-fd8e-4182-99ab-d0ea9c116ae6/) this manuscript is dated from 1467.
Bodleian MS. Marsh 607 includes two Biblical books, the Book of Judges and the book of Kings.
Neubauer is writing is his catalogue (84):
Written by Abraham bar Meir; the book of Judges was finished on Thursday the 16th of Sh'bhat 1778 Sel. = 1467 . At beg. of MS. מ בשבת יום ראשון לחדש אייר שנת חמשת אלפים
The date mentioned in English by Neubauer is "Thursday the 16th of Sh'bhat 1778 Sel. = 1467" is January 30/31, 1467, in the Gregorian calendar. This date ( from 56v) is not quoted in original Hebrew by Neubauer. It is quoted by Sfardata: נשלם ספר שופטים פסוק עם פירוש רבינו ש"י ז"ל ביום חמישי שהוא יום ששה עשר לחדש שבט שנת אתשע"ח לשטרות וכתב עבד קונו אברהם בר מאיר נ"ע אם טעיתי ואם שגיתי במעשי ירחמני עושי
Whereas the date mentioned in Hebrew ("מ בשבת יום ראשון לחדש אייר שנת חמשת אלפים" where the letter "מ" before the date is unclear to me) is May 4/5, 1240, is earlier in more than two centuries. It is not translated to English by Neubauer. This date appears on 1r in a Sepharadic script.
The 1467 dating is followed in Beit-Arié's Specimens of Medieval Hebrew Scripts: Volume I - Oriental and Yemenite Scripts, table 49.
